How much money have in Indian ?

Government think about new technology, why they not think about make new express high way or buy new Helicopter, jet plane or airplane. I since in America and Russia have Express highways & latest technology helicopter and airplane. Why Indian government never think about make new highway or high class technology helicopter or jet plane, because that other country they are thinking our Indian Government or prime minister never care about INDIA .

1. Probably because Indian government officials are too busy putting money into their Swiss and Singaporean bank accounts. Ever wonder why they retire as millionaires?
2. its a vote bank thats why they just wanna care for only vote bank not the country or voters

5. And why should the minister look after India? He's the prime minister of Canada not India.......There are alot of poor Canadians that aren't looked after so why should he overlook them to look after another country????
