how to take fees money from abroad clients ?

i am an astrologer . i have come across some good clients who take my astro-guidance through internet. So they want to give me some fees. So how to reach towards that money easily and comfortably. i dont want bank to be a part. is there any other method. any private bank who never question me about money quantity. Then what is - money exchanger. Can i use it ? please give me a detailed method , i dont want to miss that earned money. If suppose they give me in US dollar, euro etc. so will i get any problem in exchanging these currency. i dont want to be in problem. i just want neat money without any dificulty that too in indian rupee s. i am just a small astrologer , so dont want to be in eyes of income tax department as i dont have enough income.please guide me divinely. thanks, dk
