Why Indian Governments are wasting their time money energy for street statues?

The Indian Government Departments are I feel wasting their money time and energy by giving black cat commando protection/police protection to the statues. Is it not a foolish idea to give protection to statues? Black cat commando protection - I meant a very strong police protection. I always give my ideas for the betterment of the peoples of this World. I want India to become the World's No.1 developed country. Hence there is no place for insults . I want all the peoples to get solutions through the various Government Departments. .

1. Probably they're a bunch of mindless pricks these guys.
2. They don't think people can make their own desisions and act right. People from India are too bossy.
3. The Indian Goverment is providing protection ( black cats commando ) to statues. you must be joking. there is no such provision in the law books. and I think u are an Indian and u are insulting your own country.
4. Your worry is understandable. But what is the remedy.
5. Those statues are not just piece of stone they r of some great people like some leader freedom fighters etc but all the people are not respectful to them so in order to protect them they can have regular police but not commandos.

I am not aware of any such program but assuming you are reporting it based on atleast 1 incident; I think a better idea will be hidden/visible cameras with monitoring at the nearest Police Station to catch the culprit/s if it is done in the weird hrs of the day and then there are laws against misusing /damaging national public property that can be easily put to some good use once you have the real proof.
7. If you are an Govt.empolyee,you will know what is happening there.If you are an outside employee,you cannot understand.Right from the examinations we have asked to do what the Govt.wants, no freedom.
8. It's their time and their money. Do they tell you what to do with yours?
