  1. The main reason is that Indians started working on productive works. The hard work that Young's r doing is the reason for our growth& now I think nobody can stop the orogres of India. India now running on right track.
  2. of course our economy is skyrocketing. extreme inflation.we've been gaining 1000 points(stock) in avg of 3 days and mukesh ambani's gonna be the richest man in the world in max another month. that's the reason y our economy's increasing
  3. Yes, there will be corrective changes soon after Govt of India takes certain measures to help exporters to recover their losses. FDI is responsible for rupee appreciation by their heavy investments in Indian share markets. They did it to recover losses when Federal rate of interest was lowered by USA, though the process had started much before because of boost in Indian economy which now influences the global market very much. Indian companies are prospering world wide fiscally. Rupee will settle down at Rs 40/$ or so for a long time to come. Donot expect INR to appreciate more even though today it was around 30/$.
  4. Increase in the value of rupee presently is due to flow foreign investments/funds in to India. since the foreign currency into India is converted into INR for investments, rupee becomes dear and dear. The growth of Indian economy is also more robust. Whatever is invested in India in the form of industry or trade or stocks etc yield better returns. Outflow and Inflow of rupee is more liberalised now. All the above increases the intrinsic value of rupee
  5. There is huge surplus of foreign funds due FDI investments and NRI remittances and investments and IT exports. Supply of dollars is more than demand. Rs excahnge is now not controlled by the Govt or RBI.
  6. Money is treated as commodity. Like all other commodities, value of a currency is determined by demand and supply. As government has opened many sectors for foreign direct investment so foreigners have to buy rupees to invest in India. Thus demand of rupee is higher than the supply hence it is getting stronger.
  7. because our economy is growing.
  8. India has become an emerging economy. foreign investors have taken their position in this country, creating an influx of dollars in your system increasing foreign reserves and appreciating the rupee. This is not a bad thing, however your government has protect your exporters by providing them with more incentives and foreign exchange hedging facility to prevent losses on further appreciation of the rupee. Aside from that reason why rupee has appreciated is the weakening of the US Dollars.
  9. Its really a happy news for our Indians- Thanking you for remembering it again.
  10. yes theres no doubt we are growing in economy. the foreign investors feels that indias growth in the near future will be very good as a result indian companies earn more profit. to take part in the profit to be earned by indian companies many foriegn institutional investors started investing in our country so dollars started coming into our nation as a result more of supply of dollars. more supply of anything will decrease their value thats what happening at present to the dollar value. and our government has also taken some measures like RBI buys us dollar and pays indian rupees to create artificial demand for dollar and sebi also increased the proportion of investment shall be made outside the country by mutual funds.etc., soon our gvt will bring it to control
