Question about the war between China and India in 1962?

A war broke out in 1962 between China and India.But who was the winner,China or India? And which is stronger in military、economy and influence on the world now?

1. And which is stronger in military、economy and influence on the world now? China is right now.. but the war well it depends which side your on.. it was over borders which the British caused
2. India lost the war eventhough it wasn`t declared so. This is a classic example how an extreme love (of the then national leaders) for peace and unpreparedness for war in the hope that brotherly China won`t invade India, led to occurence of tragedy. Primeminister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru had to confess `We were living in fool`s paradise`. I as an Indian feel highly indebted to U.S. intervention (by respected Sir John Kennedy). Indian economy is bound to supercede. Influence, you decide.
