India & China booming economy, do you agree that their culture is affected as people don’t have time?

1. It happens everywhere else, why not China? And will someone explain to me what so special about culture anyway?
2. It not time,it's 1962 war between India and China,and we Indians still don't trust China, and India should not trust china because China is back biter.
3. I agree that both the countries are hard working natured.IN THE BARGAIN THEY GET LITTLE TIME BADLY AFECTED BY THEM IN THE FIELD OF CULTURE, IN CHINA PARTICULARLY UNLIKE INDIANS , AFTER EDUCATED THEY ARE ON THEIR OWN AND THEY (SOME) SETTLE WHERE EVER IT IS POSIBLE OR FEASIBLE/ ALL WORK AND WORK !
