Will the United States of Africa become another SUPERPOWER just like India and China in 2025.?

Africa had a lot of resources, great population. China and India Economy was a joke 20 years ago, We can also achieve.

1. Something in their brain will not allow Africa become a super power. I don't know what it is but something just isn't right with their thought prosess. Maybe a couple of countries can be civilized and become a world trading partner but not the whole continent. Beautiful place over there and I wish they could. Just look around though. Most Africans can't even run one small city or just keep one street clean. They kill steal rape and use drugs more than anyone. That's a fact. Something just isn't right "chemically" in their head.
2. India is to China what Mexico is to Arizona. Africa is to Africa what the USA is to Africa.
3. No, they are too divided with own issues to become united and stable power. Just look at Darfur, the United African forces haven't been able to establish anything for the last 2 or more years. But do agree that India and China are very close to be superpowers now and will likely be by 2025.
4. Wish Africa could get it's act together, and hope it doesn't waste level of resources needed to become super power in todays world, but takes all that money and invests it in education and science and technology, becoming world leader like it was many centuries ago.
5. Sadly probably not, China is unique as a communist country that has embraced capitalism. India isn't a superpower they have lots of wealth flowing in but also still have massive numbers of poor living in slums Africa seems to not be able to get to its feet, a major factor in this is various western countries/empires that over several centuries took resources and slaves while returning little and then in the 20th century left them with little education or idea how to rule themselves.
