Where i can change Venezuelan currency i.e. Bolivar’s in india?

1. Mu suggestion would be to change the Bolivares in the Caracas airport once you arrive there. If you are back in India and still have bolivares.... well just keep them as souvenirs as they are not a strong international currency which you could easily change.
2. I came out of venezuela with 700,000 bolivares and could not not get them changed anywhere. I tried in cuba ,aruba ,curacao,and the US. Also could not change them back into dollars in venezuela.
