If the US DOLLAR collapse the biggest loosers will be SAUDI ARABIA,JAPAN,CHINA&INDIA.Do you agree??

The forex resrves will be useless. 1]US dollar is going to collapse by 40% in the coming 20 years. 2]Americans have been living beyond their means.US internal debt is $8.5 trillion i.e $ 28,000 for every American. 3]US has increased its interest rate to 5.5% and further hike is not possible. 4] On March 28,2006 Asian Developement Bank advised members to be ready for collapse of dollar 5]Dollar is akin to a promisory note of a defunct finance company. 6] Iraq's WMD has been partly neutralised but Iran and Venzuela has still got this WMD [by WMD I mean trading oil in other currencies] Information received from article by Henry CK Lieu,Venkatesh and others.

  1. sorry...i dont understand your question
  2. yes
  3. The biggest losers will be us Americans. Inflation will be rampant, we will not be able to afford products, interest rates will skyrocket, and the economy will be in shambles. If we were to reduce our debt significantly, we could survive a drop in the value of the dollar by issuing bonds. But with the debt we have, any attempt to use bonds would be futile.
  4. The US dollar won't collapse, but it will be rivaled by the euro for dominance in the world's marketplace. Your information is biased and reflects your interest in only articles that support those ideas. In the event of a worst case scenario dollar collapse, the entire world would be impacted, not just a few countries only one of which is an oil-producer.
  5. SIMPLE, IF THE US $ COLLAPSES, USofA WILL BE THE BIGGEST LOSERS!!!
  6. Among the countries you mentioned, India will be the biggest looser since a slight appreciation of the Rupee diminishes some of the largest Indian companies' revenues. This is applicable all the more so to the software and BPO industries. Presently, the Indian economic success story is the success story of the IT sector which in turn generates its revenues mostly from business with US firms. I can't even imagine the havoc it will create to the Indian economy if the US dollar collapse...
  7. If the dollar collapse the least of my worries would be the monetary situations in other countries. Something like this would affect much of the world though in a different way. Imagine the United States with such money problems. Think about the instability it would cause in this country that would most likely become dangerous for ourselves and the world.
  8. it may affect some countries it may not some other.. it may hurt a wide range of countries using the dollar as a stnadard like singapore. is this to say that raw capitalism even hurts the maker
  9. I agree in part, but everyone losses. Buy gold.
  10. China has a trade surplus of USD 1 trillion. With USD weakening, there is some erosion in the trade surplus. India has a huge trade deficit. With weakening USD, it might gain Indian economy, but oil prices are highly related to USD. So, ultimately, India will be the big looser. Saudi and other oil rich countries are hugely trade surplus and hence there will be an erosion in the balance of trade, but that would not affect their economy. So, to me, the biggest looser is India.
  11. presently i think India is the biggest looser as its export is getting cheaper and imports getting costly.in case of china it has already manipulated its currency, for Saudi Arabia it is just pumping the oil from ground and money going to royal coffer and japan is an matured and developed economy and can absorb the shock of declining dollar so it is fragile and developing Indian economy going to be hard badly.
  12. Yes. Already we are evedencing the loss because Indian exporters are the lose rs now. Countries which have exports which are to be paid in terms of US dollar get less money in their currency because of the collapse of US dollar. However, nobody can overemphasise the collapse of US Dollar because American economic system is based on a strong footing and this kind of collapses come and go. Definitely American economists by this time took some strong measures to contain the collapse. You can have another angle also for this collapse. This may be a deliberate one to discourage exports. Such decisions are not so easy but there is every possibility that this collapse may be an artificial one.
  13. I think the US is very smart that it has made the world dependant on their so-called high end "Dollar". And ppl have actually built their companies on the basis of the $. A company must be confident of the power of its own currency and not stupidly depend on a forex. Thats what the Americans did and the $ is today one of the most traded currencies in the world. So lets get confident about ourselves. Or, EURO is a safe bet ;-).
  14. I do not think so!
  15. I do not agree at all. Your facts and theories are way off base.
  16. No , I dont.. I dont even understand what you are asking.
