Why District Central Co-operative Banks in India are not included In the ambit of Banking Ombudsman Of RBI?

1. I think you are wrongly informed about the ambit of Banking Ombudsman of RBI and its jurisdiction whether it is covering all the DCC Banks too. All Scheduled Commercial Banks, Regional Rural Banks and Scheduled Primary Co-operative Banks are covered under the Banking Ombudsman of RBI. I do not think that RBI do not have any control over all the DCC Banks.
