Don't we need an organization like Civil Protection Network to protect the individual and his civil rights?

I want to launch an organization called CIVIL PROTECTION NETWORK It would be an organization that would protect the life and civil rights of every individual citizen of this country. Just now if one doesn't have money and influence one cannot get justice from police or judiciary. In 1999 my office was forcibly vacated by the landlord, an advocate himself, another criminal advocate who organized this with the help of a corrupt Sub Inspector and a local thug and his team. They broke open in to my office in the night and took away all my properties which I have not received till now. For 6 months I tried to get a case registered. No FIR was filed. I wasn't even given a receipt for my complaint. The reason for vacating. To scare another tenant who had gone to the court and got an order in his favor in a RCOP case filed by the landlord. I was a soft target. I realized how helpless a middle class person becomes when faced with a situation like this. At that time I was not aware about Legal Aid or private complaint because my advocate was trying to get something out of this and did not give me the details of these possibilities. We need a people's orgn that will interfere in matters like these and see justice is rendered. Justice delayed is justice denied. What about justice denied, because the offenders were a criminal team comprising of a SI, two advocates and a gang of thugs. 1. I fully agree with you but in India where government approval is needed fro every thing civil protection will also need the same.We have only a name sake democracy.
