Black Money - is a misused term. did the people steal that money? no. they actually prevented the Indian govt from stealing that money. that money was earned thru legitimate work and enterprise - THE RICH R SIMPLY HIDING THEIR OWN MONEY FROM ELECTED DACOITS.
