What are some proper and original salutations to a group of international business colleagues?

Hello! I'm working on a project as an independent business consultant. I write emails to groups of business colleagues frequently and sometimes struggle with the salutation and closing. Currently I work with people in 15 different Caribbean Countries and Indian resources in the Banking industry. I'm the only American on the team. Tonight I am writing an email to a large group of staff in 2 different Caribbean islands and cc management to communicate a change to their process. I haven't been able to find a good list of semi-formal to formal greetings to international groups. My team members use many different salutations (i.e. Hello Everyone!, All, Dear X members, Colleagues, Team, etc.) and Regards is typically used as the closing. I'm thinking of using Greetings! as the salutation since it's a group of people and I don't know the majority of the group. Also, if anyone can list business email salutations and greetings to project team members. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks! Amanda The Sr. Mgr that reviewed the email changed "Greetings" to "Good Day" and removed "Regards". LOL Thanks for your answers!

  1. "Greetings" is always a good way to start when you are unfamiliar with the majority of players in the groups. "Regards" or "Best Regards" to end an email is also acceptable. As you become more familiar with the people in these groups, you will want to relax your salutations particularly for individual emails. As you become more familiar with the workings of the groups as a whole, you will also be able to relax your salutations to the groups. If you're comfortable with it, you could even contact the receptionists of these disparate groups (remember, they are the gatekeepers) to ask if there are preferences for .salutations
