Bringing back Indian Money from Swiss bank, will it really help?

There is so much of fuzz going around about all black or white money in Swiss. Will it really help bring back those to India? what will we do again invest in project which will generate black money again.

1. money is traded internationally what does "black and white money" mean?

If its black money our Government can bring back them and use it for subsidizing goods like essential ones like rice etc or use it for developmental projects like building power stations which will certainly help everyone. Even if this generates black money, it can be again brought back to India like how its done 1st time. Thus if any rich saves his/her black money in tax heavens its sure that he/she is donating for the nation.
4. As the position stands rest assured nobody in the government is interested in bringing back the blank money from Switzerland and other tax havens Therefore the question is only of hypothetical nature.
5. Is it co-incidence that people sloganing for mandeer , are sloganing for swiss money ? they just want the kitty to grow ...for future usage , like hitler did 1932-38.
