About Nokia Mobile Telecoms Lottery winning prize confusion.?

I have won Winner Of The Nokia Mobile Telecoms Lottery, my all procedure is completed and my winning prize is credit in Reserve bank of India, New Delhi. but RBI Required COT ammount of 140000 Rupee. this information not given to me by Mr.John Herry The Nokia Mobile Telecoms Lottery delevery officer and Mr.Omprakash Account Officer of Reserve bank of india. it Compulsory of paid of COT ammount ? if I am not capable of payment od COT ammount then what done ? if I do not paid COT ammount this time then how much time my money credit in bank ? I have also paid 92000 /- Charge to Mr.John Harry . after this payment I am not capable another payment of 140000 /- COT ammount. because I have Collected above 92000/- on the Interest of 10% by another person. please Sir help me about my above Condition.

1. Uh oh, you're in trouble. There was no lottery, this is a scam. Don't pay any more money to transfer the funds because there are no funds to transfer.
2. you have been cheated and how you belive that kind of mail.
3. You've been screwed, glued and tattooed. Next stop is to take all documentation to the local police good luck
4. SORRY 2 say but dont panic now n dont do any thing stupid . u r cheated... nokia doesnt run any lotery service n RBI doesnt give or take money to/from people its a bankers bank . u r cheated file a police complaints as soon as posible sorry and gud luck
