Why is that a big hurdle to carry back the Indian corrupt money from swiss and other international banks ?

We want our money back and let it to be utilized in our infrastructure, medical facilities, agriculture, to establish big companies and whatever way it can be used ... It's huge some of money ! that huge if it comes back India would become the richest country in the world ...
