If black money located in Swiss banks returns to India, how much will the Indian currency appreciate by?

...and what effect will it have on global growth? Will countries like USA allow black money to return? It is a significant amount, regardless of how corrupt the government is and how much it eats up..the main thing is that this money will be in the COUNTRY and accounted for in GDP. So wouldn't some power hungry nations out there, try and prevent it from happening?
