if bank doesn't reschedule the accounts even after RBI notifications of 2008, what is to be done?

In 2008 reserve bank of india issued a guideline for the reschedulement of accounts but more than 2 years have passed and our banked has not followed the guidelines for reschedulement inspite of our continuous reminders, what to be done?

1. Nothing can be done. Only reminder about the notification and a letter to the RBI.The bank you mention should be in the RBIs list only then it will work. I presume ur bank is not answerable to the RBI - it could be cooperative bank.
