Which country? India vs. China...?

Which country has more economic and military strength? Without a question, it would be India but I hear all these craps about China becoming more advanced and it being 2nd largest economy in the world.

In my opinion, it would be great if we could have a trade policy which would favor India over China and allow India a chance to catch up.
