"No Honey without Money".Are NGO Foundations(their offer is Honey) used for money laundering in Swiss banks?

What is worse is that sources tell TIMES NOW that no matter what treaty India signs, the Swiss will never reveal names of Indian account holders. When TIMES NOW traveled to Frankfurt, the German government official refused to share more information on the Liechtenstein list. However, in a startling revelation, sources in the German Embassy told TIMES NOW that money laundering by Indians is being done via so called foundations, but the chances of the Swiss cooperating in this issue seem slim.

1. Indian trasures stolen and stashed elsewhere are used for doing business by the concerned banks and they should be hesitant to share info and our own govt is not serious to press for the revelations, for known reasons. The two sides being reconciled to the secrecy for two different reasons, the mystery would remain for more time, till we have - at all - a ruler who means fair politics at home!
2. The NGOs (whether offshore or any other type) may be very much involved into money laundering. No one serves without interest. There is no more Jesus or Vivekananda living now a days. Someone or some group is working for poors in India on spending their money are certainly getting some honey and we do not know the source of Honey ! There are many more business where apparently we can not find any honey but they are having lot of money. Example - all the free websites for social networking, unknown business of a rich neighborhood person.
