What is happening with Yahoo Finance Canada French Portfolios?

When in qc.yahoo.com French, if you go to Finance and then select Portefeuille, a message states that the service is off temporarily and suggests going to Yahoo USA instead. Well, it has been that way for a few months. So when is the Portfolio service coming back on line ?

1. The Canadian English site was recently overhauled to resemble the american site. I'm assuming that thesame thing is being done to the quebec one.
