Which HCL ME Laptops come under Cent Computer Loan Scheme, a joint venture b/w HCL and Central Bank of India?

If anyone has heard about the Cent Computer Loan for HCL ME laptops then please tell me that whether HCL ME Xite netbook come under this scheme. As far as i know only HCL ME laptops ranging from 27000/- to 51000/- are eligible for the loan. Plz help me out of this.
