How can I exchange Brazilian Reals & Peruvian Sol in the UK or India into £ or rupees?

My cousin in Mumbai has 15,000 Reals & 10,000 Sol in cash. He says he cannot change it there. He can send me the cash securely. What are the best & safest ways to exchange the currency in London into pounds sterling or Rupees? It’s about £7500 total.
