Did President Obama say that he is going to India for job or trade promotion and what does that mean?

Why is he going there? I hope it's not to give away more of our jobs. Any ideas why he is there and what it will mean for American jobs?

The problem is that it would reduce the salaries of low income and some middle lower.
9. Don't you think we need a larger trade deficit? come on now, India can compete with china for all those surplus US dollars. If that doesn't work, maybe American tax payers could back Obama with a Stimulus package for India. Just kidding, but is Obama?
