Which is the best phone available in the indian market in the range of Rs 20000-25000?

I really liked the new ericsson phone with the 12mp camera.also the new HTC High definition screen phone.I want a phone with the latest features.if possible could u help me with comparisons of different phones in this price range.i just wnt something funky but more importantly packed with features n value for money. PLS HELP! THANX GUYS :-)
