Can I import an India made Royal Enfield to Canada?

I want to know whether I can import my Royal Enfield Bullet 350 to Ontario, Canada. If yes, then what will be the custom duty and other expenses? And what modifications i'll have to do to the bike to make it road legal? What are the legal noise levels in Canadian law?
