What is the best exchange rate to look for?

I need to exchange money from Pound to Euro, and to get more for my money, what exchange rate should I be looking at when different places have different rates?

2. Not that long ago the € was almost on par with the £. despite all the money being printed the £ is now worth just over €1.2 according to my widget, so take it from there.
3. Good grief, you simply want the best rate. All you're looking for is whoever will pay you the most number of Euros for whatever number of pounds you want to convert. Make sure you do your comparisons on the same day (preferably the same hour) as exchange rates change all the time.
