Does anyone know good money changers in Bangalore? I need to convert Singapore Dollars to Rupees.?

I am visiting India for a trip, and I was wondering if there are money changers in Bangalore where I can get a good exchange rate for Singapore Dollar to Indian Rupees. I am looking to exchange around S$3000 to INR. The places I contacted are offering 33Rs for 1S$. This is a bit low considering that the current market rate is around 34.4Rs for 1S$. I am looking for exchange rate of around 34Rs for 1S$. Any contacts or help will be appreciated.
