How to get full Symbol list of NSE/BSE from Yahoo Finance?

I would like to get full list of stock & futures symbols of NSE & BSE from Yahoo Finance, preferable in a comma delimited or tab delimited or any other importable file format. Can someone tell me how to do it? With best regards & Thanks in Advance ;-) Sanjay.
