1. he is reminding the press that banks are giving loan.
2. To enable engg. colleges to fill up their seats(coffers) and there by prompting return service from state
3. As per guidelines, there shall not be any collateral security insisted for educational loans, but most of the people say the banks are insisting. Can the Govt instruct strictly not to insist collateral security?
