How India can Overtake China in terms of Economy, Military and other fronts?

1. By the fact that China's one child policy is going to demographically destroy that type of a Communist country in a few decades. India will soon overtake China in population and due to more threats from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other nearby Muslim countries, they will overtake them militarily also.

Completely reorganize the Defense research establishments and bring people with proven records at it's helm.
