Is Putting civil servants always at topmost position of industrial enterprises is good for the economy.?

In India there is nothing which civil servants can not do. They can be MD or chairmen of electricity Bored, manufacturing companies of fertilizers, insecticides , Atomic energy, , Airlines, port trusts, bank chairman Financial institution, ship building factories, milk distribution . How a person in a career can grasp all the things has remained mystery. It appears to be the biggest uncivil or uncivilized service to the India’s economy.

In Airlines and in Banks and in some other area these Civil servants are not practising.Just now a read a book were the American versatile President Eisonhower,was two term president,and was most likely would have continued for another periods,and it is not permitted by the American Constitutional LAw.It is not for his tiresome work.He rarely found in the office and most of the time he has spent his time in Golf Club.The n how he pulled up that country,it is his mental health,like this ,the IAS,IPS and IPS officers are being trained in the earlier age itself,just gathering certain information from the lower level official who will toil his whole life in the down cadre.Some times this IAs people are good and some times they never like a civilian Officer, mostly run an office as like Military regime .Forgetting for the entire career that they have selected to do some Civil work alone,is the main thing suffocating me.
