Joe Smith started the day early having set his alarm clock (MADE IN JAPAN) for 6 am. While his coffeepot (MADE IN CHINA) was perking, he shaved with his electric razor (MADE IN HONG KONG). He put on a dress shirt (MADE IN SRI LANKA ), designer jeans (MADE IN SINGAPORE) and tennis shoes (MADE IN KOREA) After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet (MADE IN INDIA) he sat down with his calculator (MADE IN MEXICO) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch (MADE IN TAIWAN) to the radio (MADE IN INDIA) he got in his car (MADE IN GERMANY) filled it with GAS (FROM Saudi Arabia) and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN JOB. At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day checking his Computer (Made In Malaysia), Joe decided to relax for a while. He put on his sandals (MADE IN BRAZIL) poured himself a glass of wine (MADE IN FRANCE.! France !!) and turned on his TV (MADE IN INDONESIA), and then wondered why he can't find a good paying job in.. AMERICA ... Y'all gotta Keep this one circulating, please

3. this has been going around on the net for a long time.....now you know why there is so much government hiring.... 32% of the american work force is local, county, state and federal jiobs.....it is higher when you count all of the state universitys and medical schools..........and of course the military private contractors are indirectly paid by the feds....out sourcing
4. Yep, too bad he can't get a good job making electric skillets or shoes. I get your point though. Outsourcing sucks, buy American when possible.
5. I feel like were are getting snowed so frequently by the Federal Government that the world could come to an end, and they would still not tell us the truth. We cannot afford the Democrats. We cannot afford those programs. Further.. clear as a bell.. we better demand the Republican Candidate level with us or get off the stage.

8. This is a really messed up dance in a coo-coo factory. And I don't see it getting better. I'm a retired contract engineer, assigned contracts from company to company, so I experienced a broad segment of companies in our manufacturing industry. At different times, I've been responsible for everything from experimental design and manufacturing, purchasing, marketing and sales and in each of those positions I've seen foreign-made parts and machinery used to make products for America to, "Buy American". It's a top-down industry. The money begins with the machinery that makes the products. The bicycle doesn't move without the chain, so to speak, and there are no American chains. Where did those Americans, who worked in those American factories that made those American products with American machinery, go?
