What are level seven courses for which Indian banks provide loan.?

Whether Advance diplomas can be qualified as level seven course for which loan can be availed from bank. My son has got offer letter from a college for a Post graduate programme which is named by the college as Advance diploma and the eligibility for admission is either Post secondary diploma with experience or the degree. So can any body tell me whether this programme can be considered as level seven programme which qualifies for a loan from indian banks.
