7. Sadly Indian Rupee is a non convertible currency with the Banko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines) such that most legal money changers would not exchange Indian Rupee. You can try the black market but it is usually not safe, or perhaps the Indian residents who do business in the metro. But I think you will have a hard time.
