Do Reserve Bank of India Has all details regarding account holder in a Given bank Account?

Hello to all , pls tell me one thing that whether RBI has all details regarding Account holder Detail , Let say One's name, Adderess, Transaction amt he or she made during an Financial Year .Pls post ur reply as soon ??

1. I take this way DO RBI have the details of accounts in all scheduled commercial banks and their branches? certainly no not necessary and not possible They got the power to check at any time whether the rules and regulations are followed or not
2. No. Reserve Bank of India does not have any detail of any account or account holder in any Bank . But if they desire , they can call for the details from any Bank regarding any account.
3. All the details of an account holder will be in the computers of the bank. May be RBI can log-in to that bank and may obtain the required particulars of the account. Or the RBI may ask the particular bank for the details of the account holder . But if the RBI or the Income Tax department want to know the details of a particular account, then they can obtain it from the bank .
4. Hi Dear Yes it can have an access as and when required
