How many jobs will leave the U.S. for China and/or India should Obama put the cap/trade carbon tax on everyone?

Please considering in your answer that the cap/trade carbon tax would hit low wage earners the most in the form of jobs and increased prices of everything that is purchased including food, baby food, milk and infant formula. Please also consider that the CEO of a major US power generation and distribution company said yesterday that their billings would increase 40% across the board to all customers - residential, commercial, and industrial.

1. It will have to as this will be the easiest way to keep prices down. We can already see Obama's plans in actions. Before elected the bad economy was limited to the banking sector. Now the entire market is effected because of his mismanagement and inexperience.
2. The carbon tax will work if it implemented worldwide. What we need is another Kyoto that everyone adheres to.

4. Even the illegal immigrants are going home. I think it won't put jobs in China and India as it will simply illiminate them by making our economy a shambles. It is no coincidence that the world economies are all in a shambles thanks mostly to Nancy, Barney Frank, Senator Obama and the rest of the minions on the left. I wish it would stop at cap and trade but they are bent on destroying our medical system too because they think they are smart enough to remake it. They aren't.
5. It is stupid to limit CO2. The plants need it to recycle CO2 into O2 for us. The plants keep the C as food for them.When all the tons of leaves fall off it will break down into oil & gas.
6. It would violate the legislating that has been passed where environmental caps like this can not harm the economy. Also, no company would be able to expand without adding major costs to doing business. They think that this current down turn is bad, doing a cap and trade like they want will raise all costs at least by 50% and cause most companies that can manufacture overseas to move overseas. You will also see major energy companies folding and rolling black outs. This is just another form of making the United States a third world country.
7. Why do some people think that "we need another Kyoto that everyone adheres to?" That's achieving equality by holding everyone back. Why would we "need" to do that? That makes no sense.
8. It will break Michigan and the USA will no longer build cars.
