unaccounted money in Swiss banks- India?

there are numerous letters appearing in the newspapers that over the years corrupt Indian politicians and bigwigs have been depositing huge amounts of public money into Swiss Banks. Why the Indian Govt is not taking any steps to recall that amount. Is there a list of people available who have huge deposits? What is the solution?

1. the Swiss bank is mostly known for its secret keeping method there are politicians who have kept there money but we don't have any proof against them and no information can be acquired by the Swiss bank as for security matters this is the real problem !!
