Who gets the money for Indian Reservation Gambling Casino's?

Do the American Indians of Casino's get any of the money after expenses, taxes and loans are paid? If yes, and you are a member of that specific tribe does the money just come to you automatically?

1. The Indians..And that is part if the big controversy.. the don't pay taxes.
2. After the casino corporation (i.e. Harrah's) gets their cut, the remainder of the profits go to the tribal government. The tribal government may or may not distribute per capita payments (i.e. dividends) to their enrolled members. Most tribes with gaming do not distribute per capita payments. For those gaming tribes that do distribute per capita payments, the payments only go to enrolled tribal members/citizens of that particular tribe. If you're not enrolled it that tribe you get nothing. The per capita payments are taxable income for individuals. Whatever money the tribal government keeps is not taxed.
