how should i compare india and china's foreign trade policies?

its for a project. how do i do the comparision? china's FTP are not available on the net.

1. They will both accept nearly any contract, and have unlimited amounts of slave labor available.
2. I suggest that you contact china's embassy in the US if they have one, which I'm sure they do. you can look up the number and google it to get the contact info. Ask them if there is anything they can possibly send you in the mail. Hopefully you have enough time to do that...if not, I suggest that you still contact them. What can it hurt?
