do indian banks give the facility to link to paypal account?

1. Good question. Why don't you go on paypal and see if you can link it. I think you can because we pay for items on ebay to people living in India. So there has to be a connection.
2. i am not sure dude,pay pal is still not recognized by Indian banks the only way u can know is ,consult your bank
3. yes they do,means indian banks have facility to work with pay pal .i have integrated my account with pay pal with hdfc bank and icici bank and do this you need bank ifsc code which is available where branch is eligible for neft and rtgc transaction ,in brief most of the CBS branches has these facilty http://simpletaxindia.blogspot.com/
