why do politics gamble with the nation?

If the founding fathers were still alive they wouldnt allow any of this little playground to keep going. I dont care who you are your not a "patriotic person". One part of the Gov screws up and make all taxpayers pay for all the money, why not have that individual pay it himself and put money for better use? Stop hurting taxpayers im pretty well sure if Indians ruled the country once again it would actually be america and not a gamble over power. So much with war, we put all this money into it how can you not know they will screw us over like Afghanistan did when they went to war with Russia? Its not Terrorism, its people in general? when can america get its flag back?

1. Its our fault, we are obviously electing the wrong people. We need to stop putting the rich people in Washington and have regular joes run for office...smart guys and girls that can make good decisions, but regular joes nonetheless.
2. Our Nation is a gamble on self-government, and our founding fathers were well aware of that. Putting that aside, though... Although the current situation of our government fills you with disgust - remember that a political realignment is taking place in this country and a new direction is on the near horizon.
3. America has been hypocritical from the start. People find a system that works for THEM and not others and make sure no one messes that up. If people really wanted to take this country back, it would take at least 150 years to do it. You would have to wait for an older, experienced, and influential generation to pass with a more united younger, and well educated generation overlapping each other. It will never happen because hypocrites blame everyone else for problems and don't see that they are part of the problems. Our history shows this.
4. All this will lead to America being more independent. After another Great Depression everyone will go back to electing their neighbors for political offices instead of these people who just move into your area to get to Washington. The Senators and other politicians aren't in this game for us. Their in it for themselves. All the individual investors are losing their money and won't be compensated for their losses but these big firms are going to be compensated. I really believe that this money is only going to help with severance packages for the Wall Street Firms. When our debts get called your see America get it's flag back.
