How can I buy UAE-Made cars in USA?

I am unfortunately living in USA, and I want to drive an Arab car while I am here, so is it possible to buy the new pickup trucks they will be making in UAE and drive them in USA? Are they legal? Because I haeard some cars from India like Tata are illegal in USA. I am getting the hell out of America! I am going to Saudi Arabia or Qatar as soon as I can! I was born here but I am 100% Arab!
