What is the Fractional Reserve Percentage for Banks in India?

I finished watching Money as Debt sometime back. A brilliant documentary that explains that Economy is doomed to fail because the Federal Reserve and Banks are allowed to create money out of debt. The way Private banks do it, it's called, Fractional Reserve Banking, because they're allowed to keep a fraction of their Reserve for the loans they are allowed to issue. I was wondering what's the Fractional Reserve percentage for Banks in India. I'm looking for the exact Fracation Reserve Percentage with reference. I believe for USA it's 9:1 (ie, the US can issue 9 times to the loan for the reserve it has).
