What happened to all the money the Indian Casinos promised the State of California?

Remember last year when the state voted to allow more Slot Machines for Indian Casinos and they would pay the state a %of the profits. This was also the same bill that prohibited any other casinos to be built in California and wouldnt allow non Indian casinos the right to more slot machines...in other words the indians would have a monopoly in the California Gaming Market....so my question is.... WHERES THE MONEY THEY PROMISED ?????????????

1. They basically kept all the money because they did not share the money with schools and the state. Casinos make an unimaginable amount of money on a daily basis and the "taste" for the state should be considerable..... So far, CA is struggling and the children are getting shafted because the CA Lottery and Indian Casinos are not fulfilling their end of the bargain, which we voted for.....
2. Listen...we all know life isn't fair..But "Manifest Destiny" pretty much wiped out Native American culture completely. Land, religion, traditions, and a whole way of life were destroyed so you and I could be here in our houses, cities and farms complaining about how they do not pay taxes. If you consider that at the time of the Gold Rush in California our esteemed govt would pay $5 a head for a "dead indian"... I say, good for the Indians, Good for them! If people chose to go there and hand over there money for a "vice" such as gambling...Let them keep the money. No amount could ever make up for what our forefathers did to them...
