An email has zero chance of getting through. Someone in that high office probably doesn't even use a computer. A letter probably won't make it all the way to the top, but it stands a better chance of not being totally ignores.

Don't write a letter or email since it might reach them but if u go directly to meet them during the election campaign.
His PA would just throw it out. I bet. PM would be busy, he has to deal with sonia and other cabinet ministers every day, about their complaints and demands.
