Any online currency exchange site i can use?

i want to transfer money from Dubai to India. is there any online site that i can use and pay by credit card or something, so to get better rates? thanks. thanks. im not sure that site has what i want. i need to send indian rupees to my account in india. im in dubai. rather than using exchange houses here and crappy rates, i want to pay online and transfer money into my indian account.
