What are the different methods or suggestions to improve the economy of India?

1. Feed them to each other
2. Indian economy is already growing at a high rate of 9 pc. So what is there to improve more? Too much of greed is not good
3. Send back to India all the expensively educated Indian people who were educated in India and and went to the UK to make money and call themselves "British". These people are doctors, computer people etc all of whom have deserted India for money
