1. this depends, if ur going 2 go 2 the main cities: Riyadh , Jeddah or Dammam, it will be hard 2 save money in general, the cost of living in Saudi Arabia has raised incredibly in the last 3 years, the 45k u r going to receive was equals roughly 80k in 2005 the other thing u should take it into ur consideration is the Saudi currency exchange rate, SR is coupled to USD, 1 USD = 3.75, this is a fixed rate and never change, so if the dollar is going up ur going 2 be lucky, and if its going down, it will be bad 4 u
