India and China have struck energy deals with Iran?

How do we tell them to stop trading with Iran because they are an extremist nation? They want innocent people dead and they hate America. How do we stop India, China and other nations from trading with Iran? And now that they've made deals with Iran, won't they get mad if we happen to invade Iran to free their people? Well, to be honest I could care less about Australia.

1. I live in Australia, I meet few people here who don't hate your country (by that I mean your government, not your people) will you stop trading with my country too? edit - lol fair enough well I will add details. Pretty much EVERY country hates you, will you stop trading with all of them?

5. Well aside from negotiations and requests we can't ultimately stop China and India from dealing with Iran. We can't even get American companies (GE) out of Iran. Ideally since their entire economy is oil we could tighten the economic embargo enough to cause the people to revolt but apparently that won't happen now. Frankly as American companies employ thousands in both countries I doubt they would 'get mad' but we wouldn't invade to free the people. Would take a clear provocation. The lack of knowledge is appalling here. There is an economic embargo against Iran. Most recently several EU countries have frozen Iran bank accounts due to the nuclear proliferation.
6. Freeing the Iranian people the same way you freed the Iraqi people....the motivation for "freeing" the Iraqi people was securing oil reserves...no other reason.... If the agenda of the US goverment was helping develop democracy in the world, they would have invaded Zimbabwe by now...as there is a country where the people need freeing....Seeing as there is no oil and gas or other ecomonic assets in Zimbabwe..no one is interested.. India and China have signed energy deals with Iran because of the same reason the US invaded Iraq....Oil... to statisfy their energy needs..at least they have negotiated something not took it by force....

Hi Anna I live in Australia too.So India and china have struck energy deals with Iran.Well theres not much we can do about that.I cannot see anything bad happening here in the short term.The us intelligence services monitor the activities of china,India and Iran all the time.They would be the first ones to know if any thing nasty has been shipped to Iran.We can all sleep better at night knowing the CIA undercover agents planted in the Chinese,Indian and Iranian governments are doing there work well.As long as we are getting good intelligent reports form them everything will run OK.
8. well i am going to make it as simple as possible, indian intteligence gives a lot of support to America; therefore India has done its bit to help America to fight the war on terror. just because America hates Iran dosent mean that fast developing countries like India and china have to suffer because of the high prices of oil. an oil deal with Iran is the only possible way for these countries to sustain there high economic growth rate. India is the biggest allie of America out of these three countries. Indian intelligence agencies have worked with American agencies before.

You don't think we invaded and will continue to occupy Iraq for anything other than the oil that guarantees our "national security," do you? Especially now that the no-bid contracts have gone out to Big Oil to divvy up the liquid gold there. Every nation that consumes oil has a stake in the Middle East. That's just the geopolitical facts of life. The insanely xenophobic fantasy that we would invade Iran to "free their people" beggars the imagination. Do you know the first thing about daily life in Iran? Ever been to one of their ski resorts? One of their beautiful cities? The Iranian people enjoy one of the best qualities of life in the Middle East. They are certainly not looking to have it destroyed by the likes of you.
